Details HorseSaddleShop.com hires Jason Webb to expand its customer service abilities on the phone and online.

Bremen, IN (PRWEB) August 1, 2008 -- Compared to the local tack shop, HorseSaddleShop.com is a force to be reckoned with. It not only has over 560 saddles in stock ready to ship, but it also has online resources designed to help their customers find just the right saddle. But saddle fitting can be a slightly confusing process, and when customers are looking to invest in a new saddle, sometimes it just helps to talk to someone. The phone at the shop rings all day long. Chief saddle experts Chuck Klockow and Dale Klingerman were looking to add a third and found it in Jason Webb.

Currently Webb is rapidly expanding his working knowledge of saddle fitting and will soon be dealing directly with customer needs. He has years of customer service experience and enjoys serving other people. Webb's primary responsibilities will be answering the telephone, making saddle recommendations with the Saddle Expert System, and helping customers though a soon-to-be-announced interactive help desk. Customers will also be able to create a ticket, describe their dilemma or question, and receive immediate help.

Webb says he looks forward to diving into serving the equine community and already finds the case-by-case saddle fitting process to be interesting. Adding Webb to the already-popular Saddle Experts System will ensure the most prompt reply for customers, as well as free up the other Experts to continue to improve the site and deal more thoroughly with customer needs.
